  • Uploaded material is private to your organisation — only your admins and the course-generation pipeline touch it.
  • Courses built from it are never in the public catalog and never discoverable by other users.
  • Your content is never used for other customers — no shared training, no cross-tenant reuse.

What file formats can we upload?

PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), plain text, and Markdown — including the images and diagrams inside them, which you can curate for lesson cards. Max 50 MB per file.

Can we edit what the AI produces?

Yes — nothing reaches your team until you say so. Every lesson is fully editable in the admin portal (facts, examples, quiz questions), and you can regenerate any lesson with feedback. Audio narration and cards re-derive from your edited text.

Which languages can our courses be in?

50+ languages, including Slovenian, German, Croatian, Spanish, French, Italian, and Polish. The tutor’s voice, speech recognition, lesson content, and the app itself all run in your language. Right-to-left languages (such as Arabic and Hebrew) and Chinese, Japanese, and Thai are not supported yet. Tell us your language when you get in touch and we’ll confirm it before the pilot.

Which devices does the team need?

An iPhone today; Android (Google Play) is coming soon. Learners just need the app: you add their work emails in the admin portal (or share an invite link) and they sign in. No SSO project.

Do team members need their own subscription?

No. Your company courses come with no paywall for your team. They live in a company-only catalog that only your members can see.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

Everyone has one KnowBud account with two spaces: Team, for your company courses, and Personal, for their own learning. When you remove someone, they lose the Team space; their personal account stays theirs.

What happens to our data if we leave?

Your material and the courses built from it stay private to your organisation and are deleted within 30 days of contract end. They are never published publicly and never used for other customers.
